Refund policy

30-day refunds, no return required

You can request a refund for any reason within 30 days after your order is delivered. You do not need to return the product. There are no return-shipping or restocking fees.

To request a refund, email support@shopsoundsleep.com or use our contact form. Please include your order number.

We will refund the product price and any shipping charges you paid for the refunded order to your original payment method. Applicable taxes will also be refunded. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Sleep Solutions handles refunds directly. Your refund does not depend on reimbursement from our supplier.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
